At Pure Space, we take care to ensure your handmade, eco-friendly candles arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-poured and packaged with care.

Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via Canada Post & Purolator using weight-based shipping rates.

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• US: 5–7 business days
  
• Outside of Canada & US: 5-14 business days

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

• We use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible to reduce environmental impact.
